Family description:
*A minimum of three (3) passes must be purchased in order to qualify for Family pass rates.
Three (3) or more family members including one or both parents and their children 18 yrs old and under living in the same residence. Families of five (5) or more only pay for the four (4) oldest members. Additional family members are charged the minimum processing fee of $30. Post-secondary students are not included in the family count. A copy of your Medical Services Plan bill must be presented as proof of family status when applying

All season pass and family pass terms and conditions apply. The Ultimate Pass provides the pass holder with unlimited use of lifts and Nordic trails, full season rental of regular rental equipment, daily rental of specialty equipment, participation in regular scheduled lessons, and discounts on food and retail items.
*All equipment remains the property of Mount Baldy Ski Corporation and must be returned at the end of the 2012-2013 season, or at the request of MBSC. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions outlined on the back of this application.

Season Pass Insurance Description of Coverage
Mount. Baldy Ski Corporation will refund a season pass, according to the following schedule. In the event of:
- Injury or illness of an insured preventing participation in the sport. Support documentation from a physician must accompany the request.
- An insured's transfer by his/her immediate employer necessitating a change of residence outside a reasonably accessible radius of the ski area.
- Insured pass holders voluntarily leaving the area, are not covered under this insurance.
- Refunds are only considered if Season Pass Insurance has been purchased concurrently with the pass.
- Other than the conditions covered by the insurance, your season pass is not refundable or transferable.
Refund Schedule
- Prior to opening - 100% less a $30.00 administration fee. Opening to December 31 - 75%
- January 1 to January 15, - 50%, January 16 to January 31, - 20%, February 1 to February 15, - 10%.
